We visited this gem of a property for Christmas this year!! Magical time to be in Salzburg. This hotel exceeded every expectation we had and was the best hotel we stayed in during our honeymoon. From the anticipatory service from the lovely team members (everyone was truly hospitable!) to the plush bedding & heated bathroom floors, we were in heaven during our stay. Highlight: Before the Christmas Eve dinner in the hotel, the team members (and members of their families!) sang to the guests attending dinner…it was so special, making us feel like part of the family. We truly enjoyed that touch and will never, ever forget our super special Christmas in Salzburg!!

The room was spacious and well appointed with furnishings, outlets, and high tech lighting. The location could not have been better for the purpose of our visit, just steps away from the Mozart Week Festival House, with all the charm of a medieval neighborhood and wonderful shopping and restaurants. The included breakfast was fabulous, something for everyone, and perfectly prepared. It was a special treat in the morning, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff to wait on you.

An amazing hotel, where noting is a problem! Due to the time difference, I started my work at 3am - using the library with great wifi. A special thank you to the night porter (Thomas) who always set up the room and gave me coffee to get me started!

Lovely suite but not in main hotel, had to cross the street from main hotel to different building, it felt more like an apartment rental not a hotel, bar and restaurant disjointed in different areas not very clearly identified, when asked staff gave a brief tour which was helpful. The building is beautiful. Room staff and bar helpful and friendly, restaurant staff less so. Food okay but over priced.
